Refund Policy - A2Z Menu

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully:
For Restaurants (Subscribers):
- Monthly Plan: Non-refundable once activated.
- Yearly Plan: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be processed (minus payment gateway charges). After 7 days, no refund will be issued.
- If services are unavailable due to A2Z Menu’s technical fault for more than 7 consecutive days, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
For Customers (End Users):
- Payments made for food orders are strictly between the customer and the restaurant. A2Z Menu is not responsible for refunds of food orders. Customers must contact the respective restaurant directly.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7 -10 business days to the original payment method.
