Welcome to A2Z Menu (a2zmenu.in). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
A2Z Menu provides restaurants with QR code ordering, reservations, and digital payment solutions. Restaurants subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. Customers can place orders through QR codes provided at restaurants.

2. Subscription & Payment
  • Restaurants pay subscription fees as per the chosen plan (₹500/month or ₹6000/year).
  • Fees are non-refundable except under our Refund Policy.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

3. Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Owners: Responsible for updating menu, prices, and order fulfillment.
  • Customers: Responsible for providing accurate information and making valid payments.
  • A2Z Menu: Provides platform access, technical support, and secure payment integration.

4. Restrictions
  • Do not misuse or attempt to hack the platform.
  • Restaurants cannot use A2Z Menu for illegal activities.
  • Sharing login credentials outside authorized staff is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
A2Z Menu is a technology platform. We are not responsible for food quality, delivery delays, pricing, or disputes between restaurants and customers.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • Subscription payments are not made.
  • Terms are violated.
  • Illegal use is detected.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
